Dr. Robinson provides targeted guidance on nutrition, movement, stress reduction, and symptom management—so you can see measurable improvements in hot flashes, weight changes, irritability, and overall wellbeing.

Dr. Enka Robinson

Dr. Enka Robinson is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctorate Degree and a Certified Menopause Coach with over 15 years of experience in Women’s Health and Family Medicine. Her mission is to guide women from confusion and overwhelm to clarity and confidence. Through evidence-based coaching, education, and compassionate support, she helps women understand their bodies, trust their journeys, and make meaningful lifestyle changes so they can thrive during menopause.Is this medical care? Coaching is not a substitute for medical care; I’ll collaborate with your clinician and help you implement lifestyle changes and mindset support.How do sessions work? We will meet virtually every week (45-60minutes). You will get notes, resources and support between sessions.
